How do I open FlagConflict Sentinel?
Go to flagconflict.probehaven.com (FlagConflict Sentinel site) in your web browser. There is nothing to install.
I cannot sign in.
Use the contact form and choose FlagConflict product enquiry. Tell us the email address you signed up with and what you see on screen. Never send your password.
What happens to my data?
Use the contact form and choose Privacy or data request, and we will answer your question.
How do I cancel, or ask for a refund?

Spreadsheet downloads
Home Bakery Profit System is our first spreadsheet product. The Excel edition is available now through Gumroad; a Google Sheets version is not available yet. See the product page for full details.
Which spreadsheet apps will it work with?
It has been tested with desktop Excel for Mac 16.111.1. Windows Excel, Excel on the web or mobile, Google Sheets, Numbers and LibreOffice have not been tested.
How will I receive the file?
After checkout, Gumroad gives you a receipt with a download link for one ZIP file containing both Excel editions, a quick-start guide and the licence. To download again, use your receipt link, or your Gumroad Library if the purchase is linked to a Gumroad account.
Will I get updates?
Customers among the first 500 paid copies get version 1.x improvements to this Excel product, when released, through their original Gumroad purchase. No update schedule is promised. Google Sheets, web app and version 2 releases are separate.
Something is not working.
Use the contact form or email hadi@probehaven.com. Include the edition (Light or Dark), your Excel version, the language selected, the steps that caused the problem and your receipt or order details. Remove personal or customer information from screenshots.
Refunds
Refunds follow the published policy for each product.
