Who we are
ProbeHaven is an independent, evidence-led software venture operated by Hadi Jawad in Bahrain. ProbeHaven develops focused software tools for real operating problems, with FlagConflict Sentinel as its first available product. This notice explains what information we collect through this website (probehaven.com), why we collect it, how it is handled, and your rights. What we collect and why
We collect information only when you explicitly choose to submit it through our website forms:
- General website and product enquiries: If you contact us regarding FlagConflict Sentinel, free-tier support, or general enquiries via our Contact form, we collect your name, email address, chosen subject, message, and consent to respond. We use this information solely to respond to your specific enquiry and assist you.
- Research participation (closed): Until October 2026, this website offered a research participation form that collected your name, work email address, role or title, company, systems currently used, and system count. That form has been retired and no longer accepts submissions. Information already submitted was used solely to evaluate whether your operating context was relevant to the research topic and to conduct structured research discussions.
Separation of research and product communications
Consent given through the former research participation form does not constitute consent for product sales or marketing outreach, and research submissions are not used for that purpose. Submitting a product enquiry does not enrol you in research. Each submission is handled exclusively for its stated purpose.
How information is stored and handled
Form submissions from probehaven.com are delivered directly to Hadi Jawad at hadi@probehaven.com. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact details with any third parties. Email delivery relies on standard web hosting and transactional mail infrastructure necessary to operate the site. We retain messages and enquiry records only as long as necessary to address your enquiry or complete research discussions already under way, and delete them upon request or when no longer required.
FlagConflict Sentinel product terms and policies
FlagConflict Sentinel is available at flagconflict.probehaven.com. The web application operates under its own published product terms, data handling policies, and cancellation procedures. You can review those separate terms directly:

Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not use tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. WordPress may set essential technical session cookies if you interact with certain built-in features, but none of these track you across websites or construct behavioral profiles.
