Who we are
ProbeHaven is an independent product research initiative operated by Hadi Jawad. This notice explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it’s handled. You can reach us at hadi@probehaven.com with any question about this notice or your information.
What we collect
If you complete the research participation form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, role or title, company, the systems you currently use, and your answer about how many experimentation, feature-flag, personalisation or campaign systems you run. We also record that you consented to be contacted about this research.
We do not collect this information anywhere else on the site. Basic technical information may also be processed by our website or hosting provider for security, reliability and operational purposes — for example, briefly noting an IP address when a form is submitted, to limit automated or repeated submissions. This is not used to track your browsing or build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to evaluate whether to invite you into a research conversation, and to conduct that conversation if it goes ahead. We do not use it for marketing, and there is no newsletter or mailing list to join.
How it’s stored and who sees it
Form submissions are emailed directly to Hadi Jawad at hadi@probehaven.com and are not published, shared, or sold. Delivering that email relies on our website hosting provider and email delivery service, which process it as part of operating this site. We keep participation records only for as long as they’re relevant to current or reasonably foreseeable research, and delete them when they’re no longer needed.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and no tracking scripts run by default. WordPress, the software this site runs on, may set a small technical cookie if you interact with certain built-in features; none of these are used to track you across sites or build a profile of your visit.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hadi@probehaven.com and we will respond directly.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
