Experiment integrity across fragmented product and growth stacks

ProbeHaven is investigating what happens to experiment and campaign results when they run alongside feature flags, personalisation engines and other overlapping systems — and how much of that risk practitioners can currently see.

What we’re investigating

ProbeHaven is investigating how experiments, feature flags, personalisation systems and campaign platforms interact once an organisation is running more than one of them at a time. Individually, each of these systems is well understood. Together, across separate tools and teams, they can quietly undermine confidence in what is actually driving a result.

This is research, not a product demo. No product exists yet, and none is assumed to be the outcome. The goal is to understand whether this is a real, measurable operating problem before any decision is made about building something for it.

What we’re looking at

  • How experiment results are affected when feature flags, personalisation or campaigns overlap with a running test
  • How teams currently detect — or fail to detect — these conflicts across separate systems
  • What existing workarounds, processes or tooling teams already use to manage this
  • Where the practical and organisational cost of this problem actually shows up

What participation involves

A conversation about how your organisation runs experimentation, feature flags, personalisation or campaign systems today. There is nothing to install, demo or evaluate — this is research, not a product demo. Responses are used for research purposes and handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
